Welcome to LocomotePro. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the LocomotePro mobile application (“App”) operated by Wahyd Group. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.

  1. Eligibility
    • The App is intended for professional drivers, fleet operators, and authorized employees of Wahyd Group partners.
    • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
    • Access is provided only to users authorized by their employer or fleet manager.
  2. Account & Security
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
    • You agree to notify your fleet manager or Wahyd Group immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
    • Wahyd Group is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
  3. Use of the App

    4. You agree to use LocomotePro only for lawful and authorized purposes, including:

    • Accepting and managing assigned trips.
    • Maintaining up-to-date compliance information (license, insurance, emergency contacts).
    • Following company policies and safety standards.

    You must not:

    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App.
    • Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes.
    • Share your access with unauthorized third parties.
  4. Data & Privacy
    • Use of the App is subject to our [Privacy Policy].
    • Wahyd Group may collect, store, and process information related to trips, driver performance, and compliance for operational purposes.
    • Data may be shared with your employer or fleet manager as part of normal business operations.
  5. Intellectual Property
    • All rights, trademarks, and content within the App are owned by Wahyd Group.
    • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without written permission.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    • The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
    • Wahyd Group is not responsible for damages, losses, or delays arising from use of the App, technical issues, or reliance on provided information.
    • Your employer or fleet manager remains responsible for trip assignments, safety compliance, and compensation.
  7. Termination
    • Wahyd Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
  8. Changes to Terms
    • Wahyd Group may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting within the App.
    • Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
